Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

You can return your MONSIEUR SHERLOCK purchase within 14 days of receiving your online order.
 

Return Conditions

Do not use the item you plan to return — it must remain new, with all sewn-in tags, labels, and protective stickers intact. Items must be returned unused with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will look into the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is processed, you can place a separate order for the new item.
 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not within (indicate the time). If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method except for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders. 

Please remember that refunded amount to your bank account or credit card my take up to 14 days as the bank and credit card company require some time to process and post the refund.

Initiating an Online Return

To start a return, contact us at friends@msherlock.com or follow the Refund Request form. Once the return is initiated, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
